Dynamometer testing now available with our Dynostar D50ECB.

Our focus is on small to mid-size on and off-road motorcycles including sport bikes, motocross and enduro bikes as well as scooters and small niche motorcycles such as the Honda Grom.

We currently use the dyno regularly for scooter and motorcycle performance tuning, carburetor tuning, CVT tuning and diagnosis. We will be doing performance testing of parts in the near future which will encompass hard parts like camshafts, exhausts and/or particular combinations being sold over the internet that claim to produce X amount of power along with fuel management systems and products from companies like Dynojet.
Rates:
Basic run: $100

If you want to see what your bike or scooter will do, this is will cover it. The basic run includes two to three dynamic pulls to measure peak power. It also includes one static run to measure the power at points throughout the RPM range. The basic run is a very good indicator of the condition and health of an engine and establishes a baseline that can be used to determine where performance gains can be made. Minor adjustments are included during a basic run.

Tuning run: $150/hour
​
A tuning run is exactly what it sounds like. We will tune your existing combination to maximize the power output and gather more data (oil/coolant temps, exhaust gas temps, intake air temps, throttle position, etc) This includes pulls before and after installation of performance parts with printouts documenting the changes. Labor is included; parts are not. Change exhausts, install fuel controllers, internal engine modifications, fuel/timing mapping, just about anything you want.
